1. General

By making a reservation at Mount Edge Hotel, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night's stay as a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

To cancel a reservation, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.

3. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

4. Payments

Full payment is required at check-in. We accept cash (LKR) and major bank transfers. Card payment availability may vary — please confirm in advance.

5. Damage & Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages assessed at checkout.

6. Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Privacy Policy

Mount Edge Hotel collects personal information (name, contact details, payment information) solely for the purpose of managing reservations and improving our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at mountedgehotel.lk@gmail.com.

8. Liability

Mount Edge Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to use the hotel safe and take care of their valuables.
